Notice regarding online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) of the ODR Regulation

The EU provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We always endeavour to resolve disagreements with our customers amicably. However, Feng Shui Institute of Excellence, Inh. Petra Coll Exposito is not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Our Limited Liability Partnership is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the applicable British VAT regulations, as our turnover falls below the statutory thresholds and/or we qualify for VAT exemption.

Cancellation conditions: In case of cancellation within 2 weeks the amount will be refunded. In case of later cancellation the whole amount will be retained.
